Clark Fadden is a commercial real estate firm focused on complex lease negotiations and investment sales. We have built our brand on established local relationships and delivering excellent results, negotiating some of the largest real estate transactions in the region.
As an independent company, we pair industry expertise with an analytical and data-driven approach to deliver tailored real estate strategies and offer a level of service and attention to detail that larger firms cannot match. We partner with companies to find office spaces that strike the perfect balance between culture, flexibility and economics.

Trevor was previously a Senior Vice President at Broderick Group Inc., and more recently a Managing Director and co-head of Agency Leasing at Jones Lange LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). For the past several years he’s been a panel speaker at Law Seminars International, presenting creative deal making strategies for investment sales.
