Clark Fadden is a commercial real estate firm focused on complex lease negotiations and investment sales. We have built our brand on established local relationships and delivering excellent results, negotiating some of the largest real estate transactions in the region.

As an independent company, we pair industry expertise with an analytical and data-driven approach to deliver tailored real estate strategies and offer a level of service and attention to detail that larger firms cannot match. We believe in taking the time to really understand our clients needs and collaborating with them to produce work that strikes the perfect balance between creative and corporate.

Trevor Clark, Principal


Trevor has specialized in the office sector of corporate real estate for 15 years. Throughout his career he has negotiated over 2 million square feet of leases and $200 million of investment sales throughout the Seattle region. Notable publicly traded corporate headquarters assignments include Big Fish Games, Coinstar Inc. and Accessline Communications. Prior to focusing on tenant representation and investment sales, Trevor had a landlord portfolio in downtown Seattle of 3 million square feet for institutional clients such as Hines, Skanska Commercial Development, CommonWealth Partners, Callahan Capital Partners, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Hudson Pacific Properties.    

Trevor was previously a Senior Vice President at Broderick Group Inc., and more recently a Managing Director and co-head of Agency Leasing at Jones Lange LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). For the past several years he’s been a panel speaker at Law Seminars International, presenting creative deal making strategies for investment sales.


Trevor lives in Northeast Seattle with his amazing wife and 3 crazy kids. He graduated from Washington State University in 1997 with a degree in finance. If the real estate gig doesn’t work out he's convinced he can be a major league pitcher despite his advanced age and 60 MPH fastball.

Allison Fadden, Principal


Allison started her real estate career at a regional firm that was later acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). She had a leasing portfolio of over 3 million square feet in downtown Seattle and represented many insitutional owners, such as Skanska Commercial Development, Callahan Capital Properties, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Heitman, Talon Private Capital, UBS, Wright Runstad, Shorenstein, MetLife Investors and Stockbridge Capital Group.

Her institutional background is invaluable to her clients. She is skilled in complex negotiations and knows first-hand what companies leave on the table. By owning an independent firm Allison is able to partner with her clients, taking a customized approach to each transaction and providing creative solutions to achieve the best results. She’s worked with many notable technology companies, professional service firms and non-profit organizations; including Big Fish Games (NASDAQ: CHDN), Onehub, Hellam Varon CPA’s, Global Justice Law Group, American Financial Solutions and Puget Sound Community School.

Allison graduated from the University of Washington in 2006. She currently resides in West Seattle with her husband Mike and their son Cash. She loves design, traveling and hot sauce (on everything!).
